I was worried training our team on CNC grinders would take weeks—turns out, Weifucnc’s trainer had our guys running parts in 3 days flat. The recipe storage is a lifesaver, too: we used to rely on our most senior operator to remember all the settings, but now anyone can pull up a program and go. Operator turnover used to slow us down—now it barely makes a blip.
Hydraulic cylinders need tight tolerances—like, ‘can’t be off by a hair’ tight—and these grinders deliver every time. The in-process gauging checks each cylinder as it’s ground, so we never have to scrap a whole batch because of a misread. Job changeovers? We went from 45 minutes to 12—now we can squeeze in two extra runs a day. Worth every penny.
