High-Performance Spindle System
ISO A2-6 spindle nose, max speed 4000 rpm
The tool turret adopts a servo motor-driven two-stage transmission to realize the tool changing function, with a gear transmission ratio of 1:16.5; The turret can withstand a maximum cutting fluid water pressure of 70kgf/cm².
Secondary protection is added, and stainless steel protective materials are used to ensure smooth discharge of waste chips, with reliable protection and easy chip removal.
Made of HT300 gray cast iron, designed through finite element analysis, it features high density, high rigidity, high strength, shock absorption and wear resistance, strong precision retention, and long service life.
The equipment can be equipped with a tool detection function, which effectively ensures the machining accuracy of products.
The internal honeycomb structure of the casting enhances the rigidity and stability of the equipment.
Copper has excellent thermal conductivity and strong corrosion resistance, being able to resist the erosion of various chemical substances.
