We save floor space and set-up time with the universal type able to do internal and external grinding on the same machine. The hydrostatic guideways afford an excellent stability even during prolonged production runs.
We have been favorably impressed with the training we received. In a few days our operators were fully experienced. Our operations have been standardized and the operator dependence has decreased on account of the machine being able to store the recipe of all work.
We purchased two of our CNC Cylindrical Grinders for our hydraulic cylinder production. Our in-process gauging is such that every cylinder meets our close tolerance requirements. Change-overs from job to job are quick and the surface finish is always excellent.
