Multifunctional Grinding to Meet Diverse Needs

A single CNC Grinder can switch, via quick-change fittings, between surface grinding, cylindrical grinding and tool grinding. They can use grinding-wheel materials such as CBN (for hard steel) diamond and aluminium oxide (for general steel) and thus eliminate the necessity of having multiple specially designed machines, saving 30% of the floor area and 30% on machine costs.

High Efficiency through Auto-Dressing and Rapid Set-Up

Automatic diamond wheel-dressing trims down wheels in 60-90 seconds, i.e. four times faster than by manual wheel dressing. The recipe storage for 200+ grinding programs allows an operator to have pre-set parameters requiring 2 minutes to set up, reducing the time for change over from jobs from 60 minutes to 15 minutes. Also high-torque spindles facilitate fast stock removal thus increasing output per day by 50% over conventional grinders.

Strong Construction and Low Long-Term Maintenance

Machine beds built of HT350 grey cast iron (stronger than standard HT300) with reinforced rib structures designed by the finite element method to ensure minimum vibration and deformation under load. Sealed spindle units to ensure no ingress of coolant/dust, thus ensuring spin life of 12,000+ hours of operation. Central lubrication system auto-oils guideways/screws, giving a saving of 70% of the maintenance time per machine, cutting the overall upkeep by $2000+ a year on each machine.

What are your minimum order quantity and warranty period?

MOQ is one set, and warranty is one year.

Can you modify the motor grader for my cold weather projects?

Certainly. The cold weather packages include engine block heaters, low temperature hydraulic oil (-40℃ rating) and heated seat units in the cab. These units will take an extra 10 days to supply and cost 8% on the basic price.

How are after sales repairs done if I am in Africa/South America?

We have 12 overseas service centers (i.e.: Nigeria, Brazil) with spare parts in stock. If we have no service center in your vicinity we will forward spare parts via DHL (3-5 days) and send an engineer by flight within a period of 48 hours, all of which is covered under warranty.
