Versatile performance for complex machining combinations.

Our machines can perform various combinations of machining operations, horizontal, vertical spindle, 5 axis simultaneous motion etc. The various machining possibilities include the milling of helical grooves, contouring of engine blocks, boring of precision holes, etc.

Intelligent automation for increased productivity.

Some of the intelligent systems present on our machines are those on a tool wear predicting system, a processing error predicting system and a library of over 300 material parameters. The axes are servo driven so as to travel at rapid speeds of 30m/min. The electro-mechanical power drawn type of tool releasing system means that the changing of the tools on the machine can be achieved in seconds, so that the increase in efficiency is even by as much as 40% as compared with the traditional milling machines.

Robust construction for heavy duty application.

The gantry frames being symmetrical give a 45% increase in rigidity and the special multi- pocket and hydrostatic guideways operated on will prevent any possible low speed stick-slip habits. So with the heavy iron castings base structure and the preloaded and backlash-free types of transmissions, this will make for long working and productive life. The machines are of the type which can be worked in continuous operation with low supervision. The use of oil mist lubrication systems will prevent wear of machine parts when machines are in operation. The lubrication systems will also allow the cooling of parts, all forms of machine and tool wear should be eliminated to maintain an extended life on both the machines and the tooling systems used on them.

What’s the difference between a CNC and manual milling machine?

Manual mills rely on hand cranks for axis movement, suited for simple tasks.

Do you offer customization for large workpieces?

Absolutely. We provide custom gantry and floor-type mills in 2–16m sizes

How are after sales repairs done if I am in Africa/South America?

We have 12 overseas service centers (i.e.: Nigeria, Brazil) with spare parts in stock. If we have no service center in your vicinity we will forward spare parts via DHL (3-5 days) and send an engineer by flight within a period of 48 hours, all of which is covered under warranty.
