FAQ

Can I have a test run before I buy a motor grader?

Yes. Please visit our factory in China for a test (we will pay for the first two nights' accommodation) or you can have a live video demo. we also provide a 30-day trial period for bulk orders and if it is not suitable for you, we will arrange the returns.

What is included in the "free on-site training" for purchasers?

8-hour on-site training (1 engineer for 2 operators) including joystick handling, preparation of blade settings, daily inspections, and basic fault finding. The training can be given at your work site or at our factory and you can choose the location.

Can you modify the motor grader for my cold weather projects?

Certainly. The cold weather packages include engine block heaters, low temperature hydraulic oil (-40℃ rating) and heated seat units in the cab. These units will take an extra 10 days to supply and cost 8% on the basic price.
